RUSSELLVILLE, Ark. – Arkansas Tech graduate guard
Devin Foster has been named as the latest Great American Conference Defensive Player of the Week as it was announced by the league office on Monday.
It is the first GAC weekly award in the career of Foster and the first defensive player of the week for the Wonder Boys since last January.
Last week, Foster averaged 36.4 minutes per game and totaled a pair of blocks, four steals and had six defensive rebounds. Against East Central, Foster had four defensive boards and two steals. Against Southeastern, Foster added a pair of defensive rebounds, two blocks and two steals.
