ROGERS, Ark. - The Arkansas Tech men's golf team traveled up to Rogers for the 54-hole Shadow Valley Invitational, but only two of the three scheduled rounds ended up being played. Two rounds were to take place on day one, but during the second round, darkness did not allow the golfers to finish. On day two, there was just enough time to finish the second round, then rain canceled the third and final round.
OFFICIAL RESULTS
Even though the conditions were not ideal, the Wonder Boys still placed second by shooting 28-over. It was Tech's second-straight runner-up finish. After a tough first round (22-over), the Wonder Boys became the only team to shoot single digits (six-over) in round two. Only No. 21-ranked Harding shot better overall (24-over) to secure first.
