OFFICIAL RESULTS

The Wonder Boys entered the final day of the tournament on Saturday fully in the mix to be in position to advance to the NCAA National Championship Tournament if they were able to finish in the top-four. Unfortunately, they would fall one stroke back of tying for that fourth spot and forcing a playoff as they finished the tournament 15-over and tied for fifth with host Ferris State.

In the opening round, the Wonder Boys shot five-over (293) to place themselves in a tie for third. On Friday, Tech dropped three strokes form their team score, but ended the second round tied for fourth.

Individually, the Wonder Boys were led by Luke Hanson as he finished T21 with a 54-hole score of three-over (219). In the first round, Hanson shot one-over (73) and then got to even-par with a one-under (71) in round two. In his final round, Hanson shot three-over (75).

Two strokes back of Hanson was senior Landon Lawson. After an opening round five-over, Lawson shot even-par over the final 36 holes of his career as he shot one-over on Friday and one-under on Saturday to finish T28.

One shot back of Lawson and finishing T33 was Cameron Twynholm. He would shoot even-par in the first round and then had rounds of four-over and two-over. Jacob Peetoom was at even-par through the first two rounds, but shot seven-over in the final round to finish T39.

Roby Cooper also concluded his collegiate career at the regional tournament. He would finish T64 with rounds of four-over, two-over and five-over.
