RUSSELLVILLE, Ark. - Muskogee, Okla. and the Muskogee Country Club is the destination for the Arkansas Tech women's golf team this week as they will take part in the 2024 NSU Women's Golf Classic, hosted by Northeastern State. The Muskogee Country Club was the host site of the 1970 Women's US Open and has had the All-Pro Tour visit since 2018.
The Golden Suns look to build off their strong season opener where they earned a 5th-place finish at the Central Region Fall Preview last week.
Mekky Winyarat will tee off first for the Golden Suns at the NSU Women's Golf Classic at 8.00 a.m. on Monday morning. She will be followed by
Jaylee Castro,
Kylie Rehberger,
Averi Mickelson, and
Ellen Spigner with nine minutes in between each tee time. They will be swinging alongside the Rogers State and Harding University women's golf teams.
Tuesday's tee times will be determined after Monday's results.
