OWASSO, Okla. – Arkansas Tech senior golfer

DAY ONE RESULTS
Starting out on hole seven, Cole was two-over through his first two holes played with consecutive bogeys. After that, it was all gas and no brakes for Cole as he went on to make par on five-straight holes before registering his first birdie on 14. Three holes later, Cole was one-under.
By the end of his first round, Cole was two-under.
Adjustments were made by Cole in his second round as he started once more on No. 7. This time, Cole would start with a string of seven-straight pars before going on a three-hole run that saw him drop four strokes thanks to an eagle on 14 and birdies on 15 and 16.
Cole would get to five-under with a birdie on No. 1 before ending the round at four-under (68).
The monster day for Cole helped the Wonder Boys securely place themselves second as a team, 14 shots clear of third place, and in the hunt for the team title as Rogers State sits seven strokes ahead of Tech heading into Tuesday's final round.
