  • A key play for OBU came at the 9:48 mark of the fourth quarter, when Ty Reasnor appeared to hit Jabyes Cross on a potential go-ahead touchdown strike, but the ball was fumbled away and went through the back of the end zone to give the ball back to the Bison.
  • Tech drove downfield again, but an interception inside the 5-yard line gave the ball back to the Bison with 2:16 to play.
  • Rather than punt from inside their end zone, the Bison shrewdly took a safety in the closing minutes of the fourth quarter, allowing them to kick the ball away from the 20-yard line and push the Wonder Boys deeper into Tech territory.
  • Reasnor was 13-of-24 for 158 yards with one touchdown and one interception.
