Saw action in 10 games, making six starts ... all-GAC Second Team ... led the team with 182 carries and set the third-best mark in program history 1150 yards, also scoring six touchdowns ... six 100+ yard rushing games ... set the second-most rushing yards in a single game in program history with 279 yards against Ouachita Baptist (10/10) ... 21 carries for 158 yards and a touchdown against Southeastern Oklahoma (10/24) ... 21 rushes for 148 yards and a season-high two touchdowns at Northwestern Oklahoma (10/31) ... 26 carries for 150 yards in the Heart of Texas Bowl against Eastern New Mexico (12/5).

Played three seasons for coach Rich Trail at Forrest City High School. … Earned three letters as a running back and defensive back for the Mustangs. … Named team captain for two seasons. … Selected to all-conference and all-state teams as a junior and senior. … Also ran track for the Mustangs, helping the team to four straight conference championships.
