RUSSELLVILLE, Ark. – Arkansas Tech senior pitcher Cole Dickson has been named as the latest Central Region Pitcher of the Week as it was announced by the National Collegiate Baseball Writer's Association (NCBWA) on Wednesday.
 
On Monday, Dickson was honored as the GAC Pitcher of the Week as he had his best start as a Wonder Boy in the Friday night game at Southern Arkansas last weekend. In the start, Dickson pitched 7.0 scoreless innings with eight strikeouts.
 
He would also issue no walks and scattered just three hits, all singles. Dickson's outing helped Tech pick up a 4-1 win in the opening game of the series.
