RUSSELLVILLE, Ark. – Arkansas Tech head volleyball coach
Hannah Wuest has announced her coaching staff for the upcoming 2026 season. Joining Wuest on the sidelines will be Dylan Riley as the assistant coach and
Millie Allgood as the graduate assistant.
Dylan Riley
Riley joins Tech after spending the past three seasons at Lewis University, a division II school located in Romeoville, Ill. In his time at Lewis, Riley helped lead the Flyers to a 64-32 record and consecutive appearances in the NCAA Midwest Regional Tournament after Lewis won the Great Lakes Valley Conference (GLVC) Tournament Championship in 2023 and 2024.
"Dylan and I have coached against each other for years when he was at Rockhurst and Lewis, so I've always respected the way he teaches the game," said Wuest. "He's outstanding with fundamentals, makes great in-game adjustments, and his experience with 1st Alliance speaks to the level he's coached at."
"Most importantly," added Wuest. "He's a true gym rat and that passion for the game will elevate our program here at Arkansas Tech."
He was responsible for scouting opponents' blocking and offensive tendencies. In each of his last two years at Lewis, the Flyers led the GLVC in blocking. In 2025, they had 266.0 total blocks and ranked 27
th in DII in blocks per set (2.31). In 2024, the Flyers had 326.5 total blocks and ranked 13
th in DII in blocks per set (2.53)
Prior to his time at Lewis, Riley spent a season as an assistant coach at Chicago State University in 2022. The two seasons before that, Riley was an assistant coach at Rockhurst University.
Riley began his coaching career as a graduate assistant with the men's volleyball program at Purdue University Fort Wayne.
As an undergraduate, Riley was a member of the men's volleyball team at Ottawa University and Park University and the baseball team at MCC-Longview. In 2017, Riley helped lead Park to a NAIA National Championship in men's volleyball.
Millie Allgood
After completing her collegiate volleyball career this past fall for the Golden Suns, Allgood turns over to the coaching ranks and will serve as the program's graduate assistant. Prior to coming to Tech for her final year, Allgood spent three years at East Texas A&M in Commerce, Texas. At East Texas, Allgood would play in 86 matches as a defensive specialist/libero where she totaled over 540 digs.
In her lone year at Tech, Allgood took on an offensive role and played as an outside hitter. She would be the fourth-leading hitter in terms of kills with 194. With her prowess on the defensive end earlier in her career, Allgood totaled 293 digs for the Golden Suns.
"Millie has been such a great addition to our office since the season ended. After finishing her playing career here and continuing her master's program, it made perfect sense to keep her in the program as our Graduate Assistant," said Wuest. "She's a true get-things-done kind of person, and her work ethic, organization, and understanding of our program will make her a tremendous asset to our staff."
