FIRST SERVE
Three days removed from their initial trip to Arkadelphia where they took on Henderson State in a Great American Conference match, the Arkansas Tech volleyball team is making a return trip this weekend and will play in the Bettye Wallace Classic.

The weekend will see the Golden Suns play three matches, starting first with a Friday afternoon match against Drury. That match is scheduled to start at 3:30 p.m. The following day, the Golden Suns will take on Quincy and Missouri Southern. The Quincy match is scheduled for 1 p.m. while the Missouri Southern match is slated for 5:30 p.m.

TECH(NICALLY) SPEAKING
The Golden Suns enter this weekend of play at 4-4 overall. Most-recently, Tech went on the road to open GAC play and came away with a 3-0 shutout win at Henderson State this past Tuesday.

The Panthers are off to a 6-2 start to their season and have won five-straight. They are coming off a weekend in which they went 4-0 at their own event, the Drury Invitational. The Panthers would pick up wins over Cameron, Northwest Missouri, Lane College and East Central.
