RUSSELLVILLE, Ark. – Fresh off a runner-up finish at the GAC Championship at the end of October, the Arkansas Tech women's cross country team is set to compete at the 2024 NCAA Central Region Championship on Saturday morning. This year's regional championship is hosted by Missouri Southern and will take place at their on-campus course.
The women's 6K race follows the men's 10K and is slated to start at 11:15 a.m.
The Golden Suns will have seven runners compete at the regional championship with
Calli Beshore,
Libby Booth,
Peyton Carson,
Mackenzie Epperson,
Audrey Hill,
Avery Stanley and
Felicity West all slated to toe the start line.
Tech will be one of 34 teams competing at the regional.
