RUSSELLVILLE, Ark. – Having last competed at the beginning of October, the Arkansas Tech cross country team is rested and ready to perform well at the 2024 Great American Conference Championship on Saturday morning. This year's championship is hosted by East Central.
The women's 5K race follows the men's 8K and is slated to start at 9:30 a.m. at the Oak Hills Golf & Country Club in Grand Ada, Okla.
On the women's side, the race will include all 12 teams from the GAC and has an expected field of 150 individual runners. For the Golden Suns, they are slated to have 14 runners to the start line with
