RUSSELLVILLE, Ark. – Arkansas Tech baseball looks to snap a four-game losing-streak as it hosts Harding in the final games of the regular season. The series will begin with a nine-inning game on Friday, April 26 at 6 p.m. followed by a doubleheader on Saturday, April 27 scheduled to start at 1 p.m.

ALL-TIME SERIES
Arkansas Tech holds an 88-52 advantage in the all-time series against Harding. However, HU has won four of the last six meetings and swept the Wonder Boys last season.
SCOUTING THE WONDER BOYS
Arkansas Tech (27-19, 19-10 GAC) has lost five of its last six games, and are in the middle of a four-game losing-streak. The Wonder Boys currently sit in third in the GAC standings, just one game back from Southern Arkansas for second. Tech is 13-5 in home games this season.
Tech has posted a GAC-best .329 team batting average this season, while limiting opponents to hit .290.
Harry Gard leads the Wonder Boys with a .403 average this season and has hit safely in 28-straight games. Gard has also reached base safely in 30 straight games and paces Tech with 18 stolen bases which ranks as the fifth-best in the conference.
Dylan McDearmon leads the team and is ranked inside the top-five in the GAC with 53 runs (2nd), 61 hits (4th), 15 doubles (4th), 11 home runs (4th) and a .665 slugging percentage (3rd). McDearmon also has a team-high 21 multi-hit games this season.
Zack Kesterson has played well over the last seven games as he has ten hits and 13 RBIs in that span. Kesterson ranks second on the team and sixth in the GAC with his 43 RBIs this season. Kesterson has also reached base safely in 27 straight games.
Isaac Hale will look to pick up his eighth win of the season this weekend. Hale's seven wins this season is tied for the most in the conference. Hale also ranks eighth in the GAC in innings (66.1) and tenth in both ERA (4.07) and opposing team batting average (.251).
Hayes Cox has a 4.21 ERA and ranks fifth in the GAC in strikeouts and sixth in innings (68.1).
SCOUTING THE BISONS
Harding (29-18, 17-13 GAC) has won four of its last six games, but is coming off a series loss to Henderson State as the Reddies took two of three from the Bisons. HU lost 6-2 and 5-4 but won 11-1. Most recently, the Bisons defeated Union University 5-4 on Tuesday. Harding is currently tied for fourth in the GAC standings with Oklahoma Baptist and Southwestern Oklahoma.
The Bisons have four batters hitting over .300, led by Miles Humphreys with a .3451 batting average. Nolan Fertig follows with a .346 average and leads HU with a .500 slugging percentage, 42 runs scored, 35 RBIs and a GAC-best 65 hits. Luke Van Dover leads the GAC with 18 doubles and has a team-high six home runs.
HU pitchers have posted a 3.62 team ERA and are holding opposing batters to a .255 batting average, both of which lead the conference. The Bisons are led by
Tanner Smith's 2.54 ERA in 78.0 innings pitched. Tanner is also holding opposing batters to a .234 batting average. Ryder Yakel leads Harding's bullpen with a 0.81 earned-run average in 44.1 innings. Yakel is tied with Tech's
Nolan Withrow for second in the GAC with five saves.
