RUSSELLVILLE, Ark. – Fresh off 2017's opening weekend, the Arkansas Tech Wonder Boys will travel to Batesville, Ark. on Wednesday for a midweek contest against Lyon. First pitch is set for 1 p.m.

SCOUTING THE WONDER BOYS
Arkansas Tech (1-2) is coming off a three-game series against St. Mary's, in which the Wonder Boys won the regular-season opener.
Blake Sullivan earned the team's only win in the series, recording 1.1 innings of relief and zero runs allowed.
Branden Bohuslav followed Sullivan's effort with two scoreless innings and four strikeouts to secure the save in Tech's 10-6 win over the Rattlers.
Offensively, the Wonder Boys were led by
Zach Klockowski, who hit .455 for the series. Klockowski totaled 10 bases on five hits, including his first home run of the season in the Wonder Boy's win.
Cody Wescott tallied three hits in Tech's first win of the season to go along with two runs scored and two runs batted in.
SCOUTING THE SCOTS
Lyon (1-2) dropped its opening series of the season Oklahoma Wesleyan last weekend. The Scots dropped the first game, 4-1, before earning their first win in game two, 4-3. Tyler Tognarine went the distance for the Scots in the lone victory, compiling a complete-game victory on the mound. Kyle West led the Scots with three hits on the weekend.
The Wonder Boys split two games with Lyon last season. The Scots took the first game of a doubleheader, 4-3, before Tech defeated Lyon, 6-1, in game two.
