RUSSELLVILLE, Ark. – The Arkansas Tech Wonder Boys baseball team (14-19, 7-11 Great American Conference) will return home this weekend from a five-game road stand to host the top team in the GAC, Arkansas-Monticello (20-7, 12-3 GAC) for a three-game series. The Wonder Boys open the series on Friday, April 1 at Tech Field at 7 p.m.

Arkansas Tech will follow up the series opener with a big slate of events on Saturday. The Wonder Boys will host their 3
rd Annual Bash at the Ballpark from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. leading up to the 1 p.m. start of the opening game in the doubleheader.

Tech is coming off a midweek split against Lyon College on Tuesday. The Wonder Boys lost the opener 4-3 on a walkoff play, but bounced back in the nightcap, 6-1.

In the Wonder Boys victory,
Davis Wilson had his best game of the season with a 2-for-3 performance from the plate with a home run, two runs scored, an RBI and two stolen bases, including a steal of home in the fourth inning.

Connor Brady was huge from the plate for the Wonder Boys in the series, going 4-for-7 with an RBI and
Michael Post also went 3-for-7 with two runs scored and an RBI.
