2016 Highlights
Started in Tech's first four games, but sat out rest of season due to injury ... 48-for-78 passing, 727 yards and five passing touchdowns ... 17 rushing attempts for 32 yards ... season-high 330 passing yards and three touchdowns against Arkansas-Monticello (9/17)... completed 22-of-26 passing attempts for 231 yards and one touchdown against Southern Nazarene (9/1).

Prior to Arkansas Tech
Saw action at Emporia State... stepped in after an injury to the team's starting quarterback to complete nearly 62 percent of his passes for nearly 900 yards and eight scores... was named MIAA Player of the Week.

In High School
He was named District Offensive MVP and earned first-team Class A All-State honors for Cashion HS...threw for 3,562 yards and 48 touchdowns with just three interceptions as he led Cashion HS to a 13-1 record as a senior...was class Valedictorian with a 4.06 GPA...played for Lynn Shackelford.
