RUSSELLVILLE, Ark. – The Arkansas Tech men's golf team is back in action for a second-straight week and will participate in the Shadow Valley Invitational, hosted by the University of Arkansas at Fort Smith. The two-day event will be played at the par-72, 7,101-yard Shadow Valley Country Club in Rogers, Arkansas.
The Wonder Boys will be one of 13 Division II teams competing in the event with three junior college teams and host Arkansas-Fort Smith fielding a "B" team also in the field. In the lineup for the Wonder Boys will be
Jacob Peetoom,
Landon Lawson,
Roby Cooper,
Luke Hanson and
Cameron Twynholm. J.P. McCarron is also competing as an individual.
The 54-hole event is scheduled to have a shotgun start of 8 a.m. on Monday. The Wonder Boys will be grouped with Arkansas-Fort Smith "A", Central Oklahoma and Harding.
Monday is set to feature 36 holes of play with the second round occurring shortly after the completion of the opening round,
Tuesday's tee times will be determined after Monday's results.
