RUSSELLVILLE, Ark. – On Tuesday, the College Sports Communicators (CSC) announced their 2025 Academic All-District® team honorees for football. In that release, it was revealed that seven Arkansas Tech football players,
Scout Brazeal,
Armando Harper,
Peyton Henderson,
Gage Parker,
Peyton Tatum,
Logan Tymeson and
Gavin Waits earned the distinction.

All seven exceeded the program's standards of excellence in the classroom with at least a 3.50 cumulative GPA as an undergraduate or a combined 3.50 GPA as both an undergraduate and a grad student unless they are in their first semester as a graduate student and don't have an established graduate GPA. Additionally, they met the required minimum amounts of play on the field of playing in at least 90 percent of their institution's sets played OR started in at least 66 percent of the institution's total matches.
Brazeal, a sophomore wide receiver from Academy, Texas, is majoring in Business Management at Tech and had a GPA of 3.68 at the time of nomination.
Harper, a senior linebacker and special teamer from Gurdon, Ark., is majoring in General Business at Tech and had a GPA of 3.83 at the time of nomination.
Henderson, a senior offensive lineman from Springdale, Ark., recently completed his first semester towards a master's degree in Higher Education Student Affairs at Tech and graduated with a GPA of 3.61 in Social Studies Education.
Parker, a senior offensive lineman and special teamer from De Berry, Texas, is majoring in History at Tech and had a GPA of 3.70 at the time of nomination.
Tatum, a sophomore linebacker and special teamer from Booneville, Ark., is majoring in Mechanical Engineering at Tech and had a GPA of 4.00 at the time of nomination.
Tymeson, a junior kicker from Bentonville, Ark., is majoring in Business Management at Tech and had a GPA of 3.79 at the time of nomination.
Waits, a sophomore tight end from Flushear, Texas, is majoring in Biology - Biomedical Option at Tech and had a GPA of 4.00 at the time of nomination.
