RUSSELLVILLE, Ark. – On Friday, the Great American Conference announced its annual All-Conference teams and superlative award winners for women's tennis. In that announcement, a pair Arkansas Tech women's tennis players were lauded on an All-GAC team while a total of four earned academic plaudits.

Earning All-GAC honors for the Golden Suns were sophomore
Elis Gergel and senior
Maria Krite.
On the academic side,
Meaghan Butler was named an Elite Scholar-Athlete while Gergel,
Nabilah Dunn,
Melanie Griffiths and
Maggie Holcomb were named to the GAC Academic Honor Roll.
