RUSSELLVILLE, Ark. – The 2025-26 basketball season is quickly approaching for both the Arkansas Tech men's and women's basketball teams and just days before tip-off, on Tuesday, November 11, Tech students and fans alike can get a sneak peek at the teams during the second-annual "Night One" event.
 
The action-packed, fun-filled event is scheduled to start at 6 p.m. inside Tucker Coliseum.
 
The event is FREE to attend and will also feature free items such as food (burgers, hot dogs & chicken strips) and t-shirts (to the first 150 Tech students with ID).
 
ATU students will be able to take part in several student contests that will have tons of great giveaways!
 
Night One will also showcase the 2025-26 Golden Suns and Wonder Boys basketball teams through skills contests such as a 3-point shot and a dunk contest. Head coaches from both teams will also address the crowd in anticipation for the upcoming season.
 
Pep band and spirit squads are also expected to be in attendance for the event.
