RUSSELLVILLE, Ark. – Having last competed at the Chile Pepper Festival back in early October, the Arkansas Tech women's cross country team will return to competition on Saturday morning for the 2025 Great American Conference Championship.
 
This year's GAC Championships is hosted by Arkansas-Monticello and the championship 5K course will take place at the Monticello Band Field Course. The women's race is slated to start at 8:30 a.m. Tech will compete alongside the other 11 teams from the GAC and are in search of their first-ever conference championship.
 
Expected to toe the startline for the Golden Suns are: Ellie Akins, Libby Booth, Emily Caldwell, Peyton Carson, Mackenzie Epperson, Aidan Fisher, Sophia Goerlich, Amaya Grant, Alyson Greathouse, Audrey Hill, Kate Holbrook, Miley Holt, Regan Jones, Addison Leffke, Julia Minton, Annlsey Rawlins, Avery Stanley, Kate Weber and Carole Werner.
