RUSSELLVILLE, Ark. – Fresh off capturing the program's first-ever GAC Championship, the Arkansas Tech women's cross country team is set to compete at the 2025 NCAA Central Region Championship on Saturday morning. This year's regional championship is hosted by Missouri Southern and will take place at their on-campus course.
The women's 6K race is slated to start at 10:00 a.m.
The Golden Suns will have seven runners compete at the regional championship with
Ellie Akins,
Peyton Carson,
Sophia Goerlich,
Amaya Grant,
Audrey Hill,
Regan Jones and
Avery Stanley all slated to toe the start line.
Tech will be one of 36 teams competing at the regional.
