RUSSELLVILLE, Ark. – The Arkansas Tech men's basketball team will look to move up in the Great American Conference standings this weekend as they host Harding at 7:30 p.m. on Thursday and Arkansas-Monticello on Saturday at 3 p.m.

ALL-TIME SERIES
The Wonder Boys hold a 75-57 advantage in the all-time series against Harding, including wins in the last four meetings. In the first meeting this season, Tech defeated the Bisons 86-72 in Searcy, Ark. The Wonder Boys are 46-21 against HU at home.
Tech holds a 99-51 lead in the all-time series against Monticello. Earlier this season the Boll Weevils edged by Tech 75-72 in Monticello, Ark. Tech is 55-11 against UAM in Tucker Coliseum.

SCOUTING THE WONDER BOYS
Arkansas Tech (8-14, 6-10 GAC) will look to get back in the win column this weekend after falling 96-82 to Ouachita on Feb. 7 and 78-75 to Southern Arkansas on Feb. 9. The Wonder Boys sit in ninth place in the GAC standings.
The Wonder Boys lead NCAA Division II both in made 3-point field goals per game (13.2) and made 3-pointers (291). Tech ranks second in the GAC in scoring offense (80.7), 3-point field goal percentage (37.5%), assists per game (15.3), turnover margin (+1.55) and assist/turnover ratio (1.5).
R.J. Glasper, who has missed the last three games due to injury, leads the Wonder Boys and ranks fourth in the GAC at 18.6 points per game.
Will Adler and
Alex Brown follow at 16.1 points per game and 14.5 points per game. Both Adler and Brown are also ranked inside the top-10 in rebounding in the conference as Adler is ranked seventh (6.0) and Brown is ranked tenth (5.9).
Adler is coming off a career-high 30-point performance against Ouachita, where Adler went 9-for-16 from the field and hit a season-high eight 3-pointers. Adler still remains at the top spot in the country in made 3-point field goals per game (4.29). With his nine made 3-pointers last week, Adler passed Bryan Hodges (1995-96) for the eighth most made 3-pointers in a single season with 91. Gary Townsend (1989-90) holds the all-time single season record for made 3-pointers with 123.
SCOUTING THE BISON
Harding (5-17, 3-13 GAC) enters Thursday's game on a 13-game losing streak, the Bison's last win came on Dec. 15 against Ouachita (86-84). Last week, HU dropped contests to Arkansas-Monticello (68-58) and Ouachita (77-62). Harding is 1-9 this season in road games and is currently sitting in tenth place in the GAC standings.
The Bison rank third in the GAC in steals (157) and fourth in steals per game (7.1), while ranking fifth in the conference in 3-point field goal percentage defense (35.7%).
JV Long leads the HU offense, scoring 12.8 points per game, which ranks 18
th in the conference. Long is also ranked fourth in the GAC in steals per game (1.7), tenth in assists per game (3.6), 12
th in field goal percentage (49.7%) and 15
th in rebounding (5.5). Long posted his first double-double of the season as he tallied game-highs in both points (23) and rebounds (15) in the first meeting with Tech this season.
SCOUTING THE BOLL WEEVILS
Arkansas-Monticello (14-8, 10-6 GAC) enters Thursday's game on a four-game winning-streak. Last week the Boll Weevils picked up wins over Harding (68-58) and Henderson State (68-64). UAM is 4-5 on the road this season and is tied for fifth in the GAC standings.
The Boll Weevils rank 19
th in NCAA Division II in scoring defense, allowing just 65.8 points per game. UAM also leads the GAC in rebounding defense (31.5), while ranking third in rebounding margin (+5.4) and blocks (3.8).
KJ Lesure and Austin Hardy lead the UAM offense with 12.5 and 12.2 points per game, respectively. Lesure also ranks fifth in the GAC in steals (1.6), fifth in made 3-pointers per game (2.4) and eighth in assists (4.3). However, in the Cotton Blossoms win over Tech earlier this season, it was Hardy that did the most damage as he scored a game-high 23 points and grabbed five rebounds.
