Ke'Vonshaye Stackhouse grabbed ten rebounds with nine points and four assists and three steals to lead the Arkansas Tech Golden Suns basketball team (5-2, 2-1 Great American Conference) to a 72-57 win over UAM (7-1, 2-1) on Saturday inside Tucker Coliseum.

HOW IT HAPPENED
- Tech controlled the opening quarter, extending its lead to 12 points (22-10) with 1:40 left in the period before UAM cut its deficit to nine (22-13) at the quarter break.
- The Golden Suns twice led by 14 in the second quarter before carring a 12-point (38-26) advantage into the half.
- After Tech opened up a 16-point lead on a jumper by Sanders with 7:22 to play in the third quarter, UAM rallied, pulling to within five (47-42) with 1:57 remaining in the quarter, and the Golden Suns led by six (50-44) after three.
- The Golden Suns pushed the lead back into double digits on a Sanders jumper at the 8:35 mark, and would extend the lead out to 21 in the fourth quarter (72-51).

- After being outscored 18-13 in the third quarter, Tech outscored UAM 22-13 in the fourth.
- The Golden Suns outshot UAM 45.8 to 32.4 percent from the floor for the game.
