RUSSELLVILLE, Ark. – RJ Glasper's 17-point performance led a cast of five Wonder Boys to score in double-digits, however the Arkansas Tech Wonder Boys (13-7, 7-7 Great American Conference) came up short in Alva, Okla. as Northwestern Oklahoma State (13-6, 9-5 Great American Conference) defeated Tech 86-67 Thursday night at Percefull Fieldhouse.

HOW IT HAPPENED
- After Arkansas tech jumped out to an early 4-0 lead, Northwestern quickly answered with a 4-0 run to tie the game. Over the next several minutes there were three ties and four lead changes, the score was 14-14 at the 12:16 minute mark.
- The Rangers gained a four-point (18-14) advantage after Treyvon Andres scored a layup. Mason Cline buried a 3-pointer to cut the lead to one (18-17) with 10:11 remaining in the first half.
- NWOSU extended its lead to five-points (22-17) but Tech answered right back with 5-0 run to knot the score up at 22-22 with 5:45 left in the half.
- Northwestern drained back-to-back 3-pointers to spark an 11-0 run (33-22).
- Tech closed the half on a 6-2 run to cut the Ranger lead seven points (35-28) at the break.
- NWOSU extended its lead to eight-points (42-34), the Wonder Boys used a 6-2 run to trim the lead to Ranger lead to four (44-40) with 15:15 remaining in the second half.
- Northwestern used a 17-4 run to extend its lead to 17-points (59-44) with 11:12 left in regulation.
- Freddy Lee drained a 3-pointer to end the Wonder Boys scoring drought, cutting the NWOSU lead to 14-points (61-47) however four quick Ranger points pushed the lead to 18-points (65-47) at the 9:53 mark.
- Montrell Williams scored four straight points to spark a 6-0 run to trim the lead to 11-points (65-53).
- Cody Halvorson hit a 3-pointer for Northwestern to push its lead to 15-points (68-53) at the under eight media timeout.
- Tech used an 11-4 run capped by an Alex Brown 3-pointer to cut the lead to eight points (72-64). NWOSU answered with a layup on the following possession, taking a ten-point (74-64) advantage into the under four-minute media timeout.
- NWOSU used a 10-2 run out of the media timeout to claim an 18-point lead (84-66) with 1:16 remaining in regulation.
- The Rangers knocked down 4-for-4 free-throws in the final minute of the play to hold on for an 86-67 win.
