RUSSELLVILLE, Ark. – Arkansas Tech men's basketball begins postseason play for the 11
th consecutive season on Friday, as the third-seeded Wonder Boys take on sixth-seeded Southern Arkansas in the Great American Conference Championships. The first-round contest is scheduled for 8 p.m. in Bartlesville, Okla.

SCOUTING THE WONDER BOYS
Arkansas Tech (20-6, 16-6 GAC) enters the tournament after dropping its final two regular-season games. Before the loss to regular-season champion East Central on Feb. 23, the Wonder Boys had won their previous 11 games, including two victories over nationally-ranked Arkansas-Monticello. The Wonder Boys have won 20 games in a season for the first time since 2013-14.
The Wonder Boys finished the regular season with the highest scoring offense in the GAC and 17
th-highest in Division II. Tech also led the conference in assist-to-turnover ratio, and its 12.2 three-point field goals made per game rank fourth in Division II.
Justin Graham, one of just two unanimous All-GAC First Team selections, leads Arkansas Tech with 14.2 points per game. During the regular season, Graham led the Wonder Boys in three-point field goals, three-point percentage, free-throws and steals. He is one of just two players in the conference averaging at least 14 points, five rebounds and four assists.
Alex Brown follows Graham with 13.5 points per game and a 41.7 three-point percentage. Bennie Lufile averages 11.8 points while leading the conference with just under nine rebounds per game. Lufile's 3.7 offensive boards per game rank 12
th in Division II. Both Brown and Lufile were All-GAC Honorable Mention selections.
SCOUTING THE MULERIDERS
Southern Arkansas (13-15, 11-11 GAC) finished the regular season in a four-way tie for fifth-place in the conference standings. The Muleriders dropped both games to Arkansas Tech earlier this season, including a 92-68 victory by the Wonder Boys on Feb. 9.
The Muleriders are led by All-GAC Second Team player CJ Elkins, who ranks sixth in the conference with 17.3 points per game. De'Sean Dockery and Snyder Cenecharles both average double-digits in scoring, as well, while Denarious Lockhart and Tony Aska both average over seven rebounds per game. Lockhart finished the regular season just behind Tech's Lufile in rebounding, while he also ranks fourth in the GAC in field-goal percentage.
