RUSSELLVILLE, Ark. – The Arkansas Tech Wonder Boys will play in their fifth game in 10 days this weekend, hosting Henderson State on Thursday before traveling to No. 16 Arkansas-Monticello on Saturday. Thursday's contest in Tucker Coliseum in Russellville is scheduled for 7:30 p.m. and Saturday's game in Monticello is set for 3 p.m.

ALL-TIME SERIES
Henderson State holds a 78-73 lead in the all-time series against Arkansas Tech. The Reddies have won three of the last four, but Tech has won 15 of the last 19. The Wonder Boys lead the all-time series against Arkansas-Monticello, 96-48, with an even split over the last six contests.
SCOUTING THE WONDER BOYS
After Monday's loss to Harding, Arkansas Tech (9-4, 5-4 GAC) sits in a tie with the Bisons for 6th place in the GAC standings. The Wonder Boys had won six of their last seven games before the loss in Searcy.
Tech remains at the top of the GAC in scoring and at the bottom in scoring defense. Rebounding and taking care of the basketball have been keys to success, as the Wonder Boys are first in the conference in offensive rebounds, second in total rebounds and second in turnover margin. Tech also leads the GAC with 11.3 three-pointers per contest.
Despite scoring just six points on Monday,
Alex Brown remains Tech's leading scorer. During the Wonder Boys 6-1 stretch, Brown averaged 23.4 points and 6.6 rebounds per game. Bennie Lufile moves into second on the team in scoring after tallying 23 points and 10 boards on Monday. Lufile leads the GAC in rebounding and offensive boards.
SCOUTING THE REDDIES
Henderson State (11-4, 6-3 GAC) is entering Thursday's game with back-to-back GAC losses to Arkansas-Monticello and Ouachita. The Reddies won their previous seven and currently sit in a tie for third in the GAC standings.
The Reddies are third in the conference in scoring offense and second in scoring margin. The Reddies rank second in the GAC in field-goal percentage and first in free-throw percentage. Henderson also has held its opponents to the lowest three-point percentage in the conference, and the Reddies sit just ahead of Tech to lead the GAC in turnover margin.
Kaylon Tappin ranks just in front of Tech's Brown for sixth in the GAC in scoring. Chris Hawkins follows with 12.7 points per game, posting the second-best field-goal percentage in the conference.
SCOUTING THE BOLL WEEVILS
Arkansas-Monticello (13-0, 9-0 GAC) is one of just six undefeated teams in Division II, and the Weevils have climbed to 16
th in the NABC Coaches Poll. UAM travels to Arkadelphia to take on Ouachita on Thursday before making the trip to Russellville on Saturday.
The Weevils lead the GAC in scoring margin, defeating opponents by an average of 16.3 points. UAM is just behind Tech in scoring but leads the conference in scoring defense. Arkansas-Monticello is the only GAC team currently shooting over 50 percent from the field, and the Weevils are at the top of the conference in rebound margin, assists and steals.
Derylton Hill leads UAM and ranks third in the conference with just under 20 points per game. Hill is also third in field-goal percentage and fifth in rebounds. Cobe Goosby ranks third in the conference, just behind Tech's
Justin Graham, in assists, and Karim Mawuenyega averages a GAC-best 2.5 steals.
