GOLDEN SUNS SWEEP PAST COTTON BLOSSOMS

MONTICELLO, Ark.Destiny Crumpley had a four-hit day, Jalissa Gum went 4-for-4 in the finale, and Morgan Vaughan tossed four solid innings to improve to 13-0 on the season as the No. 5 Arkansas Tech Golden Suns softball team (34-3, 24-2 Great American Conference) swept a pair of games against Arkansas-Monticello (22-16, 17-11 GAC) on Saturday afternoon, winning the opener 4-2 before taking a 12-7 victory in the nightcap.
