RUSSELLVILLE, Ark. - The Arkansas Tech Wonder Boys basketball team will return to action on Monday night, squaring off against Missouri Southern in a 6 p.m. contest at the Leggett and Platt Athletic Center in Joplin, Missouri.

GAME COVERAGE
Live audio and statistics are available at www.arkansastechsports.com. A single-day video pass is available to watch the live stream at www.mssulions.com for $9.95.

THE ALL-TIME SERIES
The two teams have meet 25 times since the 1954-55 season, with Missouri Southern winning 16 of those contests. Arkansas Tech has just won two times in 19 trips to Joplin, with the last win coming on Nov. 27, 2004, when the Wonder Boys downed the Lions 78-63. The two teams met inside Tucker Coliseum last year with the Wonder Boys taking a 75-72 victory.

SCOUTING THE LIONS
Missouri Southern enters tonight's matchup with an 8-2 record overall and a perfect 4-0 mark in the MIAA. Since dropping a pair of games at the Elliott Lodging/Drury Thanksgiving Classic (to Missouri S&T and #17 Drury), Missouri Southern has won four straight games (all league contests). The Lions are led offensively by C.J. Car, who ranks fourth nationally in total steals, eighth in steals per game, 13th in field goal attempts, 15th in total points and scoring, and 18th in free throws made and total assists. While the Lions have racked up an impressive 86.6 points per game, they have allowed 80.3 and have been both outrebounded and outshot.

SCOUTING THE WONDER BOYS
Arkansas Tech stopped a two-game slide with its 78-74 win over William Woods five days ago. Tech averages 85.0 points per game, and has been led by the one-two tandem of Montrell Williams (14.3 ppg) and Bennie Lufile (12.8 ppg). However, five other Wonder Boys are within a point-and-a-half of averaging ten per game. Justin Graham (9.5 ppg), Alex Brown (9.5 ppg), Trevin Woods (9.3 ppg), Branden Williams (9.0 ppg), and Grant Prusator (8.7 ppg) all have contributed big points for the Wonder Boys this year, with Lufile taking the team lead in rebounds (8.2 rpg).
