Cade Camp

Cade Camp enters his first season as an assistant coach on the Arkansas Tech football staff.

Camp will serve as the team's offensive line coach and brings a wealth of playing and coaching experience at the NCAA Division I level.

As a player, Camp was a four-year letterwinner at the University of Central Arkansas where he made 25 career starts for the Bears and was named First Team All-Southland Conference as a senior in 2017. That same year, Camp helped lead the Bears to a Southland Conference Championship and the second of two-straight appearances in the FCS Playoffs. All told, during his time in Conway, Camp was a part of 40 victories.

Following his playing career, Camp jumped right into the coaching ranks and served as a graduate assistant for two years at the University of South Alabama under his former head coach at UCA, Steve Campbell.

In 2020, Camp moved on to Arkansas State University where he occupied a similar role under head coach Blake Anderson. In his one year in Jonesboro, Camp helped oversee an offensive line unit that protected a passing attack that ranked second in the nation (FBS) in passing offense at 364.4 ypg. That same offense also ranked first in the Sun Belt Conference in total offense at 470.1 ypg.

Following that season, Anderson took the head coaching job at Utah State and Camp followed, serving in the same role as he did under Anderson at A-State.

Camp is married to the former Jordan Hager. The couple have two children, Whitten & Palmer.
