The Arkansas Tech women's tennis team continues their spring season with a trip down to North Little Rock to face the Mississippi College Choctaws at the Burns Park Tennis Center at Noon on Monday, Feb. 17th.

Sophomore Monica Balau will help lead the Golden Suns after she recorded their lone point against the University of Central Oklahoma with an impressive 6-4,6-0 straight-set win.

Mississippi College comes into this match 3-0 with sweeps over Dillard University, Jackson State University, and beat Henderson State 4-1 today, Sunday Feb. 16th. Monday's match against the Golden Suns will be a quick turnaround for the Choctaws.

Mississippi College finished last year with a 16-8 record and 7-3 in a very competitive Gulf South Conference. They return an experienced roster where six of nine players have played three-plus years.
