The Arkansas Tech volleyball team will jump back into Great American Conference action this week and will do so first with a Tuesday night match at Arkansas-Monticello.

TECH(NICALLY) SPEAKING
The Golden Suns are off to a 6-6 start to their season and are coming off their final non-conference weekend of action in which they went 2-1 at the Warhawk Invitational. Both of the wins came in Tech's first two matches of the invitational as they swept Shorter, 3-0, and then beat host Auburn-Montgomery, 3-1.
 
Offensively, the Golden Suns are averaging 12.3 kills/set and have a .193 team attack percentage. They have three players with at least 100 kills and are led by Savannah Meyer and her 150 kills. Henley Hooks has the highest attack percentage on the team among prominent attackers at .268 (132k-313att-48err).
 
The Golden Suns have settled on their primary setter with Emma Kiser pacing the offense. Kiser's assist total now stands at 354. Since taking over as primary setter, Kiser has had 30 or more assists in a match seven times.
