RUSSELLVILLE, Ark. – The Arkansas Tech women's tennis team is at home for their second-straight match on Monday and will take on Missouri Western in a key in-region match.
 
The Golden Suns enter the match with Missouri Western 2-5 overall and are coming off a 6-1 loss at home against Henderson State in non-conference action.
 
Missouri Western enters the match 6-0 overall and ranked No. 29 in latest Intercollegiate Tennis Association (ITA) national Top-50 rankings. The Griffons' most-recent match was a 7-0 shutout of Minnesota State-Mankato. MWSU has recorded shutouts in five of their six matches this year.
 
This will be the eighth match all-time between Tech and Missouri Western in a series that dates back to 2006. Overall, the Golden Suns hold a 4-3 lead in the series.
 
First-serve against the Griffons is scheduled for Noon on Monday from the Chartwells Women's Sports Complex.
