RUSSELLVILLE, Ark. – The Arkansas Tech women's tennis team is set to return to the courts for the first time since their spring break week of action on the West Coast. Their return to action will come against nearby University of the Ozarks and is slated to begin at 12:30 p.m. on Tuesday afternoon out at the Chartwells Women's Sports Complex.
The Golden Suns will be looking to get back to their winning ways against Ozarks as they dropped their three spring break matches, but each match was against quality opponents as Tech took on Division I Dartmouth and pair of Division II nationally-ranked teams in then No. 24-ranked Azusa Pacific and then No. 40-ranked Concordia Irvine.
With the stretch run of their regular season still on the horizon as well as the GAC Tournament towards the end of the month, the Golden Suns will put the depth of their roster on display against Division III Ozarks as they will have a lineup composed of
Sofia Beggiatto,
Meaghan Butler,
Melanie Griffiths,
Maggie Holcomb,
Maria Krite and
Isabella Major.
