FIRST-SERVE
The Arkansas Tech volleyball team looks to build off the momentum from a win their last time out as they are set to play a pair of home matches against GAC opponents in Southeastern Oklahoma and East Central.

First-serve against Southeastern Oklahoma is scheduled for 6 p.m. on Thursday. The following day against East Central will have a 4 p.m. start time. Friday's match with ECU is also the annual Dig Pink match.

For that match, the Golden Suns will be wearing special pink jerseys and those game-worn jerseys will also be sold as part of a silent auction that will take place during the match. As part of the silent auction, fans will have the opportunity to come down to court-level of Tucker Coliseum once the match has started and place bids on select jersey numbers. There will also be a call-in option for fans unable to attend. Simply call the following number: (479) 356-2107 to place bids remotely.

Bidding for all jerseys will start at $25 and increased bids in $5 increments will follow. Bidding will also run through the length of the match with the winning bids being notified within 48 hours.

Last season, the Golden Suns faced the Savage Storm and Tigers once in the regular season, playing both matches on the road. Tech would win both matches, beating the Savage Storm in three sets and East Central in five sets.

The Golden Suns enters this weekend's matches against Southeastern Oklahoma and East Central 2-18 overall and are 1-8 in the GAC. In their most-recent match this past Tuesday, the Golden Suns got back into the win column with a sweep of Lane College in a non-conference match.

Southeastern Oklahoma
Southeastern Oklahoma comes into this weekend's matches with an 8-12 overall record and a 4-5 mark in the GAC. The Savage Storm are coming off a loss their last time out as they fell in five sets at home this past Saturday against Oklahoma Christian in a non-conference match. Prior to that, the Savage Storm had won three of their last four matches, all in GAC action.

Offensively, the Savage Storm are averaging 12.6 kills/set and have a .212 team attack percentage. They have three players with at least 100 kills and are led by
