The Golden Suns' Flight 1 team of Lea Grinberg and Daniela Baez beat Henderson State's top doubles team of Mulan Kamoe and Kristina Kozlova by a score of 6-4.

In Flight 3, Tech's pairing of Melanie Griffiths and Maria Krite worked past the Harding duo of Rachel McCrae and Ashley Nilsson, 6-4.

The Golden Suns also had a lot of success in the back draw consolation bracket winning a pair of singles finals as well as two in doubles play.

For singles, Melanie Griffith won a pair of matches on Saturday to capture the consolation of Flight 6. Her first match was a 4-0, 4-1 result while her second match was 4-1, 5-4 (2).
