RUSSELLVILLE, Ark. – The Arkansas Tech Golden Suns volleyball team returns to action in Tucker Coliseum Tuesday, Feb. 9 at 6 p.m. against Henderson State. The Golden Suns currently sit atop the Great American Conference Eastern Division, tied with Harding at 2-0.

Last week, the Golden Suns debuted in Tucker Coliseum with a sweep over Arkansas-Monticello in front of fans for the first time in 2021. Junior outside hitter
Addison Masters put on a show, putting down a career-high 12 kills while hitting .455 for the match.
Haylee Paladini added eight kills and
Mackenzie Eford added seven.
Brianna Merkel dished out 37 assist and posted 10 digs for her second consecutive double-double in the three-set victory.
Madison Grantham posted 22 digs, tying her career high for digs in a three-set match.
SCOUTING THE REDDIES
Henderson State enters the match 1-1, after taking down Southern Arkansas in four sets in their 2021 season debut. The Reddies then hosted Harding, falling in straight sets in their last outing. Mya Robinsons has led the team in both matches this season, putting down 12 kills against Southern Arkansas and 11 kills against Harding. MaKenzie Thoman leads the team, averaging 4.86 digs per set.
