RUSSELLVILLE, Ark. – Devante Foster turned in double-double with 21 points and 12 rebounds and Dillon Gooding poured in 17 points as the Arkansas Tech Wonder Boys (11-6, 7-4 Great American Conference) took down the Southwestern Oklahoma State Bulldogs (8-9, 4-7), 79-74.

HOW IT HAPPENED

• The team traded points to start the game with a three-pointer from Gooding put the Wonder Boys up 14-10 with 16:33 left in the half.
• The Bulldogs took control of the first half, going up by as many as 15 (38-23) with 6:03 left in the first half.
• Tech stormed back, using a 13-0 run to pull within two (38-36) and a layup from Kevin McNeal tied the game (40-40) going into halftime.
• The second half was much like the first, the teams traded points and neither led by more than four, until free throws from Gooding sealed the 79-74 victory with one second left in the game.

NOTABLES

• The Wonder Boys outshot the Bulldogs from the field 47.5 percent to 40.3 percent and from behind the arc, 33 percent to 24 percent.
• Tech held the advantage in points off turnovers 23 to 15 and blocks six to two.
• Ke'Lyn Adams posted a double-double with 10 points and 10 rebounds and R.J. Glasper poured in 13 points.
• Mcneal grabbed eight rebounds.
