WONDER BOYS SET TO PLAY BISONS AND REDDIES

RUSSELLVILLE, Ark. – The Arkansas Tech Wonder Boys will host the Harding Bisons on Thursday, Jan. 16 and the Henderson State Reddies on Saturday, Jan. 18. Tipoffs are slated for 7:30 p.m. and 3 p.m. respectively.

FIVE THINGS TO KNOW
  • Arkansas Tech enters the weekend with an 8-6 overall record and 4-4 Great American Conference record. The Wonder Boys are one game out of a three-way tie for fourth in the league. Tech beat two of the top three teams, East Central and Southeastern Oklahoma State, earlier this season.
  • The Wonder Boys lead the all-time series 82-61 against Harding. Tech has won the last five meetings against the Bisons.
  • Tech trails Henderson State 82-75 in the all-time series. The Reddies have won the last five meetings over the Wonder Boys.
  • R.J. Glasper continues to lead the Wonder Boys, averaging 33 minutes, 16.6 points and 6.4 assists per game. His 6.4 assists is third-best in the GAC. Dillon Gooding averages 12.9 points and Devante Foster adds 10.6 points per contest.
  • Foster and Ramses Sandifer are both forces under the basket, leading the team with 6.8 and 4.7 rebounds per contest.
