JOPLIN, Mo.Ke'Lyn Adams poured in 20 points but the Arkansas Tech Wonder Boys (6-4) fell to the Lions of Missouri Southern State (8-2) in Joplin, 105-88.

HOW IT HAPPENED
  • MSSU scored the first seven points of the game and a jumper from Devante Foster put the Wonder Boys on the board (7-2) with 17:23 left in the half.
  • The Lions controlled much of the first half, leading by as many 20 points and went into halftime leading, 61-40.
  • The Wonder Boys pulled within 13 (69-56) after two free throws from Dillon Gooding with 15:35 left in the second half.
  • An Adams jumper with 12 second left ended the game (105-88).
 
NOTABLES
  • The Wonder Boys held the advantage in rebounding 33-31, bench points 40-22 and second chance points 18-11.
  • Gooding added 15 points, R.J. Glasper had 13 and David Wehmeyer had 10.
  • Glasper dished out seven assists and Kevin McNeal added three.
