Allie Anderson's 19 kills were not enough as the Arkansas Tech Golden Suns (15-11, 6-6 in Great American Conference) fell to Ouachita Baptist (12-13, 6-6) in five sets (21-25, 25-20, 25-16, 25-11, 13-15).

- The Golden Suns pulled within three, 14-11 but the Tigers maintained their lead, taking the first set 25-21.
- Ouachita went up 4-1 to start the second set.
- Tech used a 5-1 run to take a 10-7 lead and Ouachita answered with a 6-0 run to go up 13-10.
- The Tigers won the last three points to take the second set 25-21.
- The teams traded points early to start the third set.
- The Golden Suns used an 8-0 run to go up 22-11 and took the third set 25-16.
- Tech jumped out to an early 13-5 lead.
- The Golden Suns maintained their lead and won the fourth set 25-11.
- Tech went up 4-0 to start the fifth set but the Tigers came back and took an 8-7 lead.
- The teams were tied 10-10 and the Tigers won four of the last six points to take the fifth set 15-13 and the match.
