RUSSELLVILLE, Ark. - The Arkansas Tech Wonder Boys basketball team (3-2) returns to action this Saturday at Tucker Coliseum, hosting the Baptist Bible Patriots in a non-conference matchup.

FIVE THINGS TO KNOW
  • Today's game is the first matchup in program history between Arkansas Tech and Baptist Bible. Baptist Bible College is located in Springfield, Missouri. 
  • Today's game is an exhibition for the Patriots but countable for the Wonder Boys, who are coming off an exhibition loss at Division I foe UT-Arlington. 
  • The last time out, Arkansas Tech dropped a 97-61 decision to Henderson State in Arkadelphia on Nov. 23. 
  • Baptist Bible and Tech have one common opponent - Champion Christian. The Wonder Boys beat the Tigers 102-77 on Nov. 14, while Champion and Baptist Bible have split their regular-season series. The Tigers downed BBC 104-60 in Hot Springs on Nov. 8 and fell 94-91 to the Patriots on Nov. 19. 
  • RJ Glasper and Dillon Gooding have been Tech's leading scorers this season with 17.4 and 17.0 points per game, respectively. Ramses Sandifer and Devante Foster have emerged as dual threats, averaging 13.4 points/6.6 boards and 12.0 points/8.2 boards respectively.
