Rilie Vote's 13 kills and
Allie Anderson's 12 were not enough to top the Oklahoma Baptist Bison (26-5), as the Arkansas Tech Golden Suns (16-14) fell in four sets at the Great American Conference Volleyball Championships (23-25, 25-23, 14-25, 18-25). Anderson surpassed 1,000 career kills in her last match as a Golden Sun.
HOW IT HAPPENED
- The teams traded points early to start the match until the Tech went up 13-10.
- OBU used a 6-1 run to take a 16-14 and went up 24-20 before Tech clawed its way back within one, 24-23, before the Bison took the first set 25-23.
- Tech jumped out to a 6-2 to start the second set before OBU used a 4-0 to tie things 6-6.
- The Golden Suns put together a 6-0 run to go up 14-9 before the Bison got within one 21-20.
- Tech won two of the last three points to take the second set 25-23.
- OBU took an early 9-5 lead and went up by as many as nine, 21-21, before taking the third set 25-14.
- The teams traded points again to start the fourth set until the Bison used a 5-0 run to go up 15-10.
- OBU won the last three points to take the set 25-18 and the match.

- Greer Rogers put down 9 kills and hit .444 in her final match as a Golden Sun. She finished her career with 343 total blocks in just three seasons at Arkansas Tech.
- Brianna Merkel led the match with 43 assists.
- Megan Solberg had team-high 18 digs and Madison Grantham added 17.
