RUSSELLVILLE, Ark. - The Arkansas Tech Golden Suns basketball team (1-0) returns to the Tucker Coliseum court on Monday, November 11, hosting Lane College (0-0) in a 2 p.m. matchup.

  • Live audio, video, and statistics of today's contest will be available on 610-AM (KARV) in Russellville. 
FIVE THINGS TO KNOW
  • For today's Veteran's Day tilt, admission will be free at Tucker Coliseum. 
  • Tech is coming off a dominant 114-36 win over Crowley's Ridge College. Six Golden Suns players reached double figures in the win, led by newcomer Jalei Oglesby's 21 points off the bench in just 14 minutes of play. 
  • In all, newcomers accounted for 62 of Tech's 114 points in the winning effort. Sarah Heard poured in 12 points with a team-best nine boards, while Kaley Shipman also hit double figures from the bench, scoring 11 points. 
  • Returners led the way in possession statistics - Jayana Sanders dished out a team-best five assists while Hannah Villines had seven steals. 
  • Today's game is the penultimate contest in a three-game homestand to open the season. Tech returns to the Tucker Coliseum court Sunday to close out the homestand with a 2 p.m. game against Angelo State.
