MONTICELLO, Ark. -  The Arkansas Tech Golden Suns could not hold off the University of Arkansas at Monticello, falling in straight sets (25-23, 25-11, 25-21). Allie Anderson led with eight kills and Madison Grantham had three aces.

• The teams traded points early in the first set and were tied 11-11.
• UAM went up 20-15 until Tech clawed back within one, 23-22
• The Cotton Blossoms took the first set 25-23.
• UAM started the second set with a 6-0 run.
• The Cotton Blossoms led by as many as 16 and took the second set 25-11.
• Neither team led by more than two to start the third set until Tech took a 17-14 lead.
• UAM tied things at 19-19 and used a 5-0 run to take the third set 25-21 and the match.
