RUSSELLVILLE, Ark.–
Hannah Villines scored a team-high 16 points and
Ke'Vonshaye Stackhouse chipped in ten points, nine rebounds and four assists but the Arkansas Tech Golden Suns (5-9, 2-6 Great American Conference) came up short, falling 63-59 to Oklahoma Baptist (7-7, 3-5 GAC) Saturday afternoon at Tucker Coliseum.

HOW IT HAPPENED
- Oklahoma Baptist opened the game on a 15-2 run over the first 3:43 of the contest.
- Tech was able to pull to within five (15-10) after a Kiara Moses 3-pointer with 4:00 remaining in the opening quarter, but OBU stretched its lead to eight (20-12) at the end of the quarter.
- The Bisons scored the first four points of the second quarter to stretch their lead back to 12 (24-12), however the Suns were able to narrow the deficit five (24-19) after they put together a 7-0 run capped by a Ke'Vonshaye Stackhouse 3-pointer at the 6:38 minute mark.
- OBU pushed its lead back to seven on three different occasions, taking a 34-27 lead with 3:32 remaining in the half after Price hit her fourth 3-pointer of the half. Tech answered with a quick 4-0 run to cut the advantage to three points (34-31). OBU scored the final point of the quarter to take a 35-31 lead into the locker room.
- Oklahoma Baptist opened the third quarter with six quick point to push its advantage back to double digits (41-31). The Suns were able to come within six points (45-39) after Villines scored six straight points for Tech. OBU ended the third quarter on a 10-3 run to take a 55-42 into the fourth quarter.
- The Golden Suns outscored OBU 17-8 in the fourth quarter, surging back to tie the game at 59-59 after Jacie Higgins hit a corner 3-pointer with 2:50 remaining in regulation.
- That would be the last points Tech would score as Oklahoma Baptist held Tech scoreless for the remaining 2:50, going on to claim a 63-59 win.
