WONDER BOYS SPLIT DOUBLEHEADER WITH NO. 15 ARKANSAS-MONTICELLO

RUSSELLVILLE, Ark. – Brith Stroth went 3-for-4 with a double and a run scored, while Hayes Cox pitched a one-run complete game to help the Arkansas Tech baseball team (25-14, 17-9 GAC) salvage a split with No. 15 Arkansas-Monticello (27-11, 21-5 GAC). UAM produced a monster 12 run 14th inning to help secure a 16-4 win over Tech in game one. The Wonder Boys took game two with a 3-1 victory at Tech Field on Saturday evening.

  • Arkansas Tech returns to Tech Field tomorrow for the third and final game of the series with Arkansas-Monticello. First pitch is scheduled for 1 p.m.
