HOW IT HAPPENED

• The Golden Suns opened the match with a sweep of all three doubles matches. The duos of Alejandra Sanchez and Katie Harris and Annabel Rowlands and Kami Ward both won 8-0, while Katharina Drebka and Teresa Sanchez claimed an 8-4 win in No. 1 doubles.
• Megan Bell earned the first singles win for Tech, claiming a two-set victory in No. 6 singles. 
• Drebka, Ward and T. Sanchez all moved to 3-1 in singles play in the spring season, while Rowlands and Ward earned their third doubles win of the spring season.
