Arkansas Tech (3-1) is coming off a 4-0 victory over Arkansas-Pine Bluff on Tuesday. The Golden Suns won all three doubles matches and finished two singles matches with victories before rain ended the contest early. Katie Harris moved to 2-0 in singles play this spring, while Haeleigh Long reached 6-0 in the fall and spring combined.
Katharina Drebka, the reigning Great American Conference Women's Tennis Player of the Week, leads the Suns with two victories this spring in the No. 1 singles position. The duo of Annabel Rowlands and Kami Ward have combined for a team-leading two doubles victories.
Arkansas Tech is 22-15 all-time against Ouachita, having won the previous 19 duals. The Suns have not lost to the Tigers since 2007, and Tech has lost just 10 of 158 individual matches against Ouachita in the last decade.Â
