RUSSELLVILLE, Ark. - Arkansas Tech women's tennis is set to host Arkansas-Pine Bluff on Tuesday, Feb. 27, at Chartwells Women's Sports Complex. In order to avoid inclement weather Tuesday afternoon, the match has been rescheduled to begin at noon.

The Golden Suns are 11-0 all time against UAPB, and Tech has not lost an individual match against the Lady Lions since 2014.
Arkansas Tech (2-1) split two matches in Edmond, Okla. over the weekend, defeating Dallas Baptist, 6-3, before falling to No. 17 Central Oklahoma, 8-1. The Golden Suns opened the spring season on Feb. 12 in Russellville with a 9-0 shutout over John Brown.
Katharina Drebka has kept a 2-1 record at the No. 1 singles position, while Megan Bell is 2-1 at the No. 6 position. Julia Schoch is coming off a victory at the No. 3 position on Sunday, as she overcame an 0-4 deficit in the first set to win 7-5, 6-1.
In doubles play, the duo of Annabel Rowlands and Kami Ward lead Tech with two wins this spring. In the fall and spring combined, Katie Harris and Alejandra Sanchez have won a team-high six doubles matches.
